Mr. Vardhman Jain

Vardhman Jain is the Founder and Vice-Chairman of Access Healthcare and Director of Asia Engineering, with extensive leadership experience in healthcare BPO, financial services outsourcing, and civil engineering. He has spearheaded Access Healthcare’s growth into a market leader by driving strategy, profitability, and innovation through enterprise automation platforms such as echo (RPA) and arc.in (BPM).

An entrepreneur, technologist, and thought leader, Vardhman holds patents in medical image processing and data utilization. His career spans executive roles including Managing Director of Dell Services BPO, where he led global delivery for 100+ clients with 9,000 employees, and co-founding Vision Healthsource, later acquired by Perot Systems and integrated into Dell.

Beyond business, Vardhman is deeply committed to philanthropy and social impact. Through the Shree Sarita Jain Foundation Trust, he supports education, hunger relief, and emergency healthcare. He also founded Aavishkaar, a skill development initiative for underprivileged youth, and contributes to India’s startup ecosystem as a member of Chennai Angels.

Vardhman holds graduate degrees in Computer Science (University of Texas, Austin) and Statistics (Loyola College, Chennai).
