Mr. Rengarajan Sundararajan

Our CEO Rengarajan Sundararajan is an experienced Finance Leader previously and worked for 35 years at Caterpillar Inc. He served for 16 years as the Board member of Caterpillar India Private Limited and Caterpillar India Engineering Solutions Private Limited. He also served as the head of enterprise shared services for 8 years at Caterpillar Inc. He has Wide knowledge in Audit, tax, treasury, legal, Strategy, Business Modelling, Operational Excellence, risk management and Set-Up of Global Shared Services.

He is also certified independent Director from ICSI and IICA. He is a champion of change, demonstrates excellence along with comprehensive knowledge,application on commercial matters with a focus on finance, accounting, budgeting, taxation, cost management, purchasing, treasury, corporate legal matters, program-project management, risk, and controls etc. He has hired and mentored several teams and was recognized for business, financial, high level of engagement and interpersonal acumen at a global level with Caterpillar and its partners. He is B.E (Mech, Hons) from Madurai University, FICWA, CMA (US, IMA) and MBA (Great Lakes - gold Medallist). He is also involved with other non profitable organizations helping the public.
